Shipping
All orders are lovingly packed by hand in my studio in Aberporth, West Wales.
Processing time
3–5 working days — this may vary depending on what you've ordered, as some pieces take a little longer to finish.
UK delivery
Royal Mail 2nd Class or Tracked 48, usually arriving 2–3 working days after dispatch.
US delivery
Royal Mail DDP service, typically 7–14 working days after dispatch.
Canada & international
Royal Mail international service, typically 7–14 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and can vary, especially during busy periods or holidays. If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time, please get in touch and I'll look into it for you.
Returns
I want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work:
- •You can return items within 14 days of receiving them, for any reason.
- •Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
- •You cover the cost of return postage — please use a tracked service so we can both see it's on its way back.
- •Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Custom and personalised items are made just for you, so unfortunately these can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Send me a photo via the Contact page and I'll sort it out — either a replacement or a full refund, whichever you'd prefer.
